Descubra la rica historia de Puerto Rico en nuestro recorrido guiado de 2 horas por uno de los asentamientos más antiguos del Nuevo Mundo. Explore fortificaciones, vistas al mar, iglesias y calles empedradas, todo esto de forma dinámica e histórica. Después de encontrarnos en la Plaza Colón, comenzaremos nuestro recorrido pasando por los siguientes lugares emblemáticos: la Iglesia de San Francisco de Asís, la Universidad Carlos Albizu, la calle Tanca, las afueras de La Perla, vistas del Castillo de San Cristóbal, la famosa Puerta de la Bandera de Puerto Rico, la calle San Sebastián, la Iglesia de San José, la Plaza Quinto Centenario, el Cuartel de Ballajá, vistas de El Morro, el Palacio del Gobernador y la Catedral de San Juan. Dependiendo del clima, los días festivos y los días de la semana, el orden y la cantidad de lugares emblemáticos pueden variar. Recomendaciones: -Lleve agua adicional. -El uso de gorras, sombreros y sombrillas es muy útil. -No es accesible para sillas de ruedas ni coches para niños. -Recuerde que será un recorrido a pie de 2 horas. No se recomienda para personas con movilidad reducida. -Recordatorio: no se permitirá el ingreso a las iglesias en traje de baño, prendas equivalentes o sin camisa. El acceso final quedará a discreción de su guía y/o del personal de cada lugar. Avisos: -El tour no entra a los fuertes. -Las coloridas sombrillas frente al Palacio del Gobernador no han estado allí durante años.

Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellations, and Refunds All Hello Puerto Rico! reservations must be secured via credit card in USD. We enforce a strict 48-hour cancellation window for standard bookings (8 or fewer guests). Cancellations or modifications made at least 48 hours prior to tour departure qualify for a full refund or free date transfer. Requests made within 48 hours are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. Group bookings of 9 or more guests require a 14-day cancellation notice; modifications within 14 days result in total forfeiture of fees. Weather, Safety, and Punctuality Tours operate rain or shine. Hello Puerto Rico! retains sole authority to determine if weather conditions compromise safety. Guests must report to check-in regardless of local rainfall; failing to attend based on personal weather assessments is treated as a no-show and charged in full. If we cancel an activity due to extreme hazards, guests receive a full refund or priority rescheduling. Tours operate on precise schedules. Guests must arrive 15 minutes prior to departure. Missing a departure constitutes a no-show, forfeiting all fees. Excursion Requirements and Restrictions El Yunque Rainforest tours require moderate-to-advanced fitness for mud, rock, and river terrain. Participation is prohibited for pregnant individuals or those with severe cardiovascular, vertigo, spinal, or joint conditions. Secure, closed-toed hiking or athletic shoes are mandatory; sandals or standard water shoes will result in exclusion without refund. Old San Juan Walking Tours require sustained walking over historic cobblestones and inclines. Beach Excursions demand strict adherence to designated marine safety boundaries. Bomba Dancing requires respectful conduct and comfortable attire. Night Crawls require participants to be 21 or older with a valid government ID; we reserve the right to remove intoxicated or disruptive individuals without refund. Media Release and Liability Waiver Participants grant Hello Puerto Rico! a perpetual, royalty-free license to use digital media captured during tours for marketing purposes. Guests may opt out by notifying their guide before tour commencement. By purchasing, participants assume all inherent risks of tropical weather, natural terrain, and physical exertion. Hello Puerto Rico! is not liable for personal injury, illness, property damage, loss, or disruptions from acts of God or third-party failures. Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Commonwealth of PR.
