Who am I

Simple. I'm Eli!

Certified tour guide (GT-2024-09) and founder of Hello Puerto Rico! I’ve obtained a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Tourism Business Administration and Commercial Management, and I’ve been in the tourism world since 2021—so I know both people and places. I’m fully bilingual (English & puertorican Spanish), a proud dad to an amazing daughter, and a big believer that learning should be fun (especially for kids).

My experience in nonprofits, working with at-risk youth and harm reduction programs keeps my tours safe, inclusive, and full of heart. Expect real stories, smiles, and adventures that make Puerto Rico unforgettable.
